Hello and welcome to my website, SoulFit Healing
My name is Nicola
I am a happily married wife and mother of two beautiful children who fill me with pride and joy.
I live in the beautiful seaside town of Porthcawl and in my spare time I enjoy fitness sessions at Porthcawl gym, studying A Course in Miracles and learning and practicing Breathwork.
My journey with Reiki started around 2007 when I was feeling low and looking for that something that may help but wasn’t sure what. I came across the title ‘Reiki Healing’ in the yellow pages, not knowing what it was but feeling drawn to it. It was here I discovered my wonderful Reiki Master Luisa from Healing Wings. Reiki helped me with many personal issues at that time including experiencing feelings of anxiety and low self-worth.
The benefits I experienced were profound and I knew I had to learn this magical practice to help other people. In 2009 I trained to be a level one, followed by level two Usui Reiki Practitioner.
I practised Reiki for a few years after this mainly as part of my support work role helping people who were recovering from substance misuse issues. I focused on my career and gained qualifications in community development, counselling and psychotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming. I have always been drawn to the ‘helping professions’ and am a qualified and registered social worker. This allows me to lend my skills, knowledge and experience to everyone I am blessed to work with offering a bespoke and individualised service.
2023 was a special year for me. I created my own business, SoulFit Healing, and upgraded my Reiki skills to become a Usui / Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher. Since then I have upgraded again to become a Holy Fire / Karuna Reiki Master Teacher.
This has upgraded my healing abilities and supercharged my spiritual progression. The gift here of course is that I have been able to teach and help others to heal and discover their own very special spiritual paths.
Being a natural empath and highly compassionate female, I have always wanted to make the world a better place. In 1985, as a little girl, I became a vegetarian as I could not bear the thought of harm to others and, in 2015, I became fully vegan. I now understand that to make the world a better place starts with our own perception – as well as a dedication to our own healing. We all have an inner power and voice that we can locate by going within and listening but unfortunately this can be blocked by our overthinking minds and the busyness of our daily lives.
Reiki holds the key to unlock this direct connection to our Divine selves. Such a beautiful energy that fuels the flame for healing and spiritual expansion that is just waiting to be ignited.

A Unique Approach
USUI/HOLY FIRE® III REIKI
Reiki is an ancient healing method using universal energy to treat physical and emotional ailments. It is a holistic and spiritual system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of a person - body, mind and soul. Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki is both powerful and gentle. The healing Reiki energy is transferred to the client through the 'laying on of hands' and this promotes the clients bodies natural ability to heal itself.
Treatments can be given hands on or via distant healing method.
I also offer mobile sessions.
Price per session:
£35 - 1 hour with other options available on request.
£45 - 1 hour (with gifted crystals I am drawn to use).
Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Experiences
A Reiki Holy Fire® Experience will provide you with a unique healing experience that contains what is needed for you.
There are seven different Experiences that can help to provide healing, insight and guidance on your situation in life. Each Experience is unique and has a different aim, depending on your goals you may be drawn to a particular one.
During an Experience I will guide you through a brief meditation, I will then stop talking during which time the Holy Fire energy will work with you. You may see colours or feel waves of energy or simply feel relaxed.
Ocean of Holy Love Experience.
This is an ocean of liquid light that contains healing frequencies that can help with all kinds of issues. You will breathe in an ocean of liquid light which will empower and protect you. It works on a deep level and the energy feels soothing and wonderful.
1. Holy Love 1 Experience.
If you are looking to connect with Divine Love then this is the Experience for you. Divine Love is a special kind of love that is more highly refined and has a higher level of consciousness than human love. It is a feeling of being loved by a kind and wonderful energy. It soothes, relaxes, nurtures and heals deeply.
2. Holy Love 2 Experience.
Here the Holy Fire Energy will scan your timeline to find the most important experience that needs healing to improve your health and well-being. This could be a physical injury, or it could also be an emotional or psychological trauma. The energy works with aspects of the personality and the energies involved to heal the issue. The energy works with the subconscious mind. You may see colours or feel energies or simply feel relaxed.
3. Holy Love 3 Experience.
The energy will take you back to the time of conception, gestation, birth and post-birth, with the purpose of healing the issues around these events. Including what was going on between your parents, any ancestral issues, experiences when you were in the womb and birth trauma. This healing will take place on all levels - spiritual, mental, emotional. The energy knows how best to heal you and this works with the subconscious mind. You may feel calm and relaxed, or you may see colours or feel the energy flowing through you.
4. Holy Love 4 Experience.
The consciousness within this energy will evaluate where you are in your spiritual journey and provide the right energy to heal you or to take you to the next level of your development on your spiritual path and / or as a healer. It works with the subconscious mind to induce feelings of calm and relaxation. In this state you may see colours, or feel the energy flowing through you.
5. Heavenly Banquet Hall Experience.
This energy takes you to a beautiful healing realm where you can experience spiritual nourishment and healing on levels. You may have inner experiences.
6. Holy Fire® Healing Experience.
This experience is very effective at removing negative energies. This includes blocks you may have that prevent you from achieving your goals and aspirations. You will focus on and be willing to release these blocks during the healing process to make important and empowering changes in your life.
7. Empowered by the River of Peace Experience.
This experience embodies the World Peace energy. Transformation takes place when this new energy is awakened, and it can also create a healing process in which a person may feel out of sorts for a few days as previous concepts and energies are released and the new more beneficial energies become established. If you notice something like this is happening, be aware that this is a sign that an important healing process is taking place and your life is changing for the better.

Healing Spirit Attachments
This technique is a powerful and compassionate Reiki technique. It releases unhealthy spirits of all types into the Universe’s love. Light shines on the spirit, immerses it in the power of love and the spirit releases willingly into the light where it is healed. Not all spirit attachments have malicious intent, but they almost always cause problems. They can cause physical illness, weakness, mental, emotional and spiritual problems. In this technique, forgiveness and the power of love flow into and around the attached spirit(s). It dissolves all cords and sources of power and releases the spirit into the Universes care. Following this, the weakness in the part where the spirit attached will be healed to prevent other spirits from using this same part to form unhealthy attachments to the person.

Chakra balance
Based on Eastern Philosophy, Chakras are energy points located in our bodies and they provide us with life force energy in and around us. There are seven main Chakra points in our bodies and each corresponds to different glands and organs. These points are energy centres for our physical, emotional and mental well-being. When blocked, they can lead to negative effects in our bodies. Chakras transform energies into physical existence. We will identify any blockages and send healing to them, creating balance and harmony.

Reiki Training levels 1, 2 and Master level
USUI/HOLY FIRE® III REIKI LEVEL 1 & 2.
Level 1 attunes you to the Reiki energy. The focus is on self healing but you will also be able to practice Reiki on other people, animals, plants and food.

Level 2 Gives you access to the symbols. These symbols allow for focus on specific energies including a symbol for emotional healing and a symbol for past and present healing. You will also be able to give distance healing sessions.

USUI/HOLY FIRE® III REIKI MASTER
You must have taken Reiki 1 & 2 and practised Reiki for at least 6 months.
The Master and Holy Fire® symbols are given during these ignitions. This greatly increases the energy of Reiki. At this level you will be able to give yourself placements and healing ignitions as well as the ability to train others.
